Victoria Cisse, RN, ADN, LNFA

Co-Owner | Director of Nursing Education | IV Therapy Instructor


Victoria Cisse is a registered nurse, licensed nursing facility administrator, and experienced healthcare educator with a strong background in nursing leadership, long-term care, clinical operations, and IV therapy instruction. She has served as an IV Therapy Instructor with Perry & Associates Healthcare Education since 2006, where she has developed and delivered IV therapy courses, facilitated hands-on training, and supported student competency in IV insertion techniques and infusion therapy. 


Victoria’s leadership experience includes nursing facility administration, director of nursing roles, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, clinical partnership development, and quality improvement. Her teaching style is practical, supportive, and focused on helping healthcare professionals strengthen both confidence and clinical judgment.

Lisa Johnson, RN, RRT, ADN

Registered Nurse | Registered Respiratory Therapist | IV Therapy Instructor


Lisa Johnson is an IV Therapy Instructor for IV Therapy for Today, where she teaches both Basic IV Skills and Advanced IV Skills courses. As both a Registered Nurse and Registered Respiratory Therapist, Lisa brings a strong clinical perspective to hands-on healthcare education and supports participants as they strengthen IV therapy knowledge, clinical confidence, and competency-based skills.


Her instructional approach is practical, supportive, and patient-safety focused. Lisa helps learners connect classroom instruction to real-world clinical practice through guided skill review, hands-on practice, and competency check-off.

Nikia Ali, MSN, RN, CPN, VA-BC, CA-CP SANE

Vascular Access Specialist | Advanced IV Skills Instructor


Nikia Ali is a master’s-prepared registered nurse and vascular access specialist with experience in pediatric vascular access, nursing education, patient education, emergency nursing, and clinical supervision. Her professional background includes serving as a Vascular Access RN, where she assists with appropriate line placement, evaluates patients for peripheral IVs, ultrasound-guided PIVs, midlines, and PICCs, and provides training across multiple units and clinics. 


Nikia brings a strong evidence-based practice perspective to IV therapy education. Her experience as an adjunct healthcare professor and patient educator supports her ability to teach complex clinical skills in a way that is clear, structured, and approachable for learners.

Arulmozhi Visagamoorthi, MSN, BSN, RN

Registered Nurse | Clinical Educator


Arulmozhi Visagamoorthi is a registered nurse and clinical educator with experience across ICU, medical-surgical nursing, NICU, nursing instruction, online tutoring, clinical simulation, and curriculum development. Her background includes patient care coordination, student evaluation, phlebotomy, medication administration, wound care, and clinical education. 


She has served as an Assistant Professor in nursing, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students in areas such as pediatric nursing, fundamentals of nursing, education, and research. Her teaching approach combines clinical experience with a learner-centered style that supports confidence, safety, and skill development.
